Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our customer service team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the customer service team to meet performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
Train and support team members to maintain high service standards.
Analyze customer feedback and report on team performance and service improvements.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in customer service or management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems and customer service platforms.
Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
