CRM Functional:
• Hands-on experience with specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Function
• Business analysis and requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the CRM system.
• System configuration and customization: Implement and configure CRM software based on business requirements, often using low-code/no-code tools for customization.
• Functional support: Provide ongoing support to CRM users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Implementation and deployment: Lead or assist in the implementation of CRM solutions, from initial setup to rollout and user adoption.
• Testing and quality assurance: Perform testing to ensure the configured system functions as expected before deployment.
• Training and documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system.
• Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM functionality and efficiency.
• Functional expertise: A deep understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Business acumen: An understanding of how to align CRM solutions with overall business objectives and strategies.
• Project management basics: Experience in managing tasks and timelines, especially in the context of CRM projects.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
