Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Provide product info and help navigate the online store.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills (English; French is a plus).
Basic computer skills and a positive attitude.
