Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Provide product info and help with online navigation.
Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good communication skills (English; French is a plus).
Basic computer skills and a team player attitude.
