Job Description
GenBio is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team and customers. In this role, you’ll help with order processing, client inquiries, and general sales support in a dynamic, growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing and customer follow-ups.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Help maintain customer records and sales documentation.
Support the preparation of quotes and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills (English; French is a plus).
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.
