Job Description

6-month contract Power Platform Developer role, working on enterprise automation initiatives for a global retail organization with an on site work environment.

6-month contract Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer role.
Growing AI delivery team.
Primarily on-site work available in downtown Vancouver, 4 days a week in office.

What & Why:
As a result of growth within their automation team, our client is looking to add a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to design and deliver enterprise automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This teams focus is to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and accelerate business outcomes by delivering secure, scalable automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities. They build shared automation services, develop high-impact enterprise solutions, and establish the standards and guardrails that allow teams across the business to safely build and automate on their own. In this role you’ll focus on building Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio agents, while defining standards for scalable, secure development across a federated environment. You will own end-to-end solution delivery, including Dataverse data modeling, AI Builder integrations, and CI/CD practices, while contributing to governance and platform enablement.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and this role will be primarily on site, 4 days a week in an office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Proven experience building Copilot Studio agents and integrating them with enterprise data and workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI Builder (e.g., document processing, classification, prediction models).
Experience with Git-based ALM (Azure DevOps or GitLab) and working within governed, enterprise environments.

Compensation:
This role pays between $80-92 per hour.
