Our SWIM family is over 10 years old and together we have well over 200 years of combined recruitment experience. For many, these are just numbers. For us, this is over a decade of putting people at the forefront of every one of our business decisions.
Founded in 2007 by Bodil “Boo” Geyer and Simon Wood, SWIM began with the ethos of improving the recruitment experience for all involved – those in search of work, those looking for talent, and even the bridge between the two: The Recruiters. It is the people-first approach that remains at the core of all that we do today.
Our business model is to practice and espouse a total partner approach to the recruitment experience, focusing on long-term business relationships with our clients and candidates that last for years. And the approach clearly works! Our business has grown almost entirely by word-of-mouth.
