Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Support Manager to lead our support operations. In this role, you will oversee the technical support team, ensure high-quality customer service, and continuously improve support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support the technical support team.

  • Oversee daily support operations and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Handle escalated technical issues and complex customer concerns.

  • Develop and improve support workflows, procedures, and documentation.

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure service quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer service teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
