12-month Senior Business Analyst contract supporting a large-scale digital modernization initiative within a provincial public sector housing organization.

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a multi-year digital modernization initiative focused on improving housing program delivery. The role sits within the Digital Business Solutions team and will support enhancements to a Microsoft Dynamics 365–based housing management platform and its integration with a provincial enterprise ERP system, while helping transition away from legacy applications. In this role you will lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution definition, and support for testing and implementation. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze current processes and define future-state solutions that improve digital housing services and operational efficiency.

Our client is a provincial public sector organization responsible for housing program delivery and administration. The organization is currently undertaking a multi-year digital modernization initiative designed to improve service delivery, data management, and operational efficiency across housing programs. The modernization effort includes enterprise platform development, integration with government systems, and enhancements to digital services used by housing partners and stakeholders across the province.

You are a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background supporting enterprise technology implementations and complex transformation initiatives. You are comfortable leading discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and working with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Critical experience requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience performing senior business analysis in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including requirements development and solution delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM / case management platforms.
• Strong experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution definition.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder initiatives involving cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including test planning and user acceptance testing.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Prosci Change Management.

This role pays between $80-90 per hour.
