Job Description

We are looking for a SaaS Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by providing support for our software platform, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone

  • Assist users with navigating and troubleshooting the software

  • Identify issues and provide clear, effective solutions

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic technical understanding of software platforms

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
