Job Description

Our Company is seeking a Order Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with order-related inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and a smooth purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns

  • Process and track orders accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve order issues, including delays, cancellations, and refunds

  • Communicate with customers to provide timely updates

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems

  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
