Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Care Support Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position with straightforward daily duties, full training provided, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

  • Provide basic product and service information

  • Assist with order updates and account changes

  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Basic computer and typing skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous experience is an asset, but not required
