About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and reliable Online Live Chat Support Agent to assist our customers. In this role, you will respond to clients through live chat and provide support with questions related to our data platform, services, and accounts.
This is a remote position. You will work from home and support clients in a simple and professional way.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer messages through live chat
- Provide clear and accurate answers to questions
- Assist users with account access and basic issues
- Guide clients on how to use company tools and services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone at all times
- Record and update customer interactions
- Basic computer skills (typing, internet, chat tools)
- Strong written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
