About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and professional Call Center Agent to support our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer questions, and provide support related to our services and data platforms.
This is a remote position. You will work from home and communicate with customers in a clear and helpful manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Make outbound calls when required
- Provide clear information about services and products
- Assist customers with account and access issues
- Resolve basic problems or direct issues to the right team
- Record call details and update customer records
- Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet use)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- No experience required (training provided)
