About the RoleWe are looking for a patient and detail-focused Help Desk Support Representative to assist users with basic technical and system-related issues. In this role, you will support customers who use our platforms and help them solve simple technical problems.
This is a remote position. You will work from home and provide support through chat, email, or ticket systems.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to help desk requests from users
- Assist with login, access, and account issues
- Guide users on how to use company platforms and tools
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams
- Record support requests and update ticket systems
- Provide clear and professional communication
- Basic computer skills (internet, email, typing)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions step by step
