Job Overview

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced vegetable cutting, sorting, and packaging facility. This role involves handling fresh produce in a refrigerated environment and supporting daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, clean, cut, and prepare vegetables for processing
  • Assist in packaging and labeling fresh produce
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas
  • Follow food safety and HACCP standards
  • Stack, organize, and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • General warehouse duties as assigned
Work Environment
  • Cold and wet refrigerated facility
  • Fast-paced production line
  • Standing for long hours
  • Repetitive manual work
  • Strict hygiene and safety requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg regularly)
  • Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in cold conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks
Requirements
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working in cold/wet environments
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting
  • Previous warehouse or food production experience is an asset (not mandatory)
Compensation
  • Basic pay
