Tenstorrent is hiring Customer Support Specialists to assist customers through chat and email. In this role, you will answer questions, provide support, and help resolve basic issues.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide clear and helpful information
- Assist customers with basic issues and requests
- Maintain records of customer conversations
