Job Overview
We are looking for an Online Chat Agent to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will communicate with customers through chat, answer questions, and help resolve basic issues. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Respond to customer messages through live chat
- Answer questions about services and products
- Assist customers with basic issues and requests
- Maintain accurate chat records and notes
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, chat platforms)
- Good communication and typing skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
