Position Summary
Microserve is looking for a Technical Service Administrator to join our team in Victoria. This role will be performed fully onsite. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position coordinates service requests while working with Service Delivery and Project Managers to ensure company resources are utilized cost-effectively while prioritizing quality and performance of service delivery for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Build positive, collaborative relationships with internal departments and client contacts

Work collaboratively to utilize available resources to successfully meet customer needs

Act as a point of contact for Field Service Technicians’ work.

Monitor the progress and execution of tasks and incidents to meet customer service levels
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer escalations
-
Co-ordinate field services schedules, logistics and parts
-
Perform remote device configuration and repairs to meet customer needs
-
Provide guidance for Field Service Technicians

Report on service requests and use reporting data to support invoicing

Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-
1-3 years of experience in a coordinator position

Previous experience using and gathering data from an IT service management system

Significant experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, preferred

Knowledge and experience with remote IT repair of workstations and Printers preferred
-
Previous experience with scheduling, logistics and field deployment processes preferred
-
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal record background check
Compensation
In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act, the pay range for this role for BC residents is $21 - $28 per hour. Please note, while the pay range of the role is listed here, this position’s salary is non-negotiable based on geographical market. Your exact salary is determined based on a combination of your relevant experience, skill, competencies, and internal pay equity.
