6 month contact Technical Program Manager contract role working on a cybersecurity team with a global organization
- Cybersecurity focused program with a global enterprise organization.
- 6-month contract Technical Program Manager role.
- Hybrid work available in Vancouver, 4 days a week onsite.
Due to investment in cybersecurity, our client is looking to add a Technical Program Manager to support their growing cyber team. In this role you'll be the operational backbone of Security Operations keeping complex, multi-workstream programs on track across areas like SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering. You won't just be managing timelines; you'll be establishing governance structures, tracking security metrics and OKRs, and acting as the connective tissue between security, technology, legal, risk, and business stakeholders.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week on site.
You:You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 4+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years delivering complex, cross-functional security or technology programs using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on experience across Security Operations domains including incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and the tooling lifecycle (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS).
- Proven ability to establish and run program governance including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery reporting while tracking OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership across Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions.
This role pays between $85-90 per hour.
