Job Description

What- The Role:
- Support large or medium-to-high complexity projects, or lead smaller concurrent ones; collaborate with PMO leadership to build and maintain project plans, charters, and integration points.
- Coordinate program activities and logistics (events, planning sessions, meetings, trainings) across global stakeholders and vendors, accommodating time zones.
- Track project performance using milestones, KPIs, and metrics.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route messages as needed.
- Build strong relationships with program partners (Product Management, Tech, Change Management, Training, etc.).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with teams to develop project charters and workplans (scope, cost, resourcing, risks, etc.).
- Maintain program documentation, including plans, reports, and manuals.
- Help document standardized processes across the organization.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely way.
- Ensure alignment across Global Supply Chain teams during planning and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater team efficiency.Bottom of Form
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Supply Chain Operations or a similar field preferred
- B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, Jira/Confluence and SmartSheet (or similar)
- Familiar with standardized Project Management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment and support a large portfolio including efforts led by others
- Strong problem-solving skills which include logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
Competitive hourly wage in the range of $31-$40/hr + 4% vacation pay. If you are incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
