Job Description

The Role

We’re after someone who knows their way around CCTV systems and access control setups. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and occasionally leading others—this could be a great fit. 

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and maintaining CCTV systems
  • Setting up and supporting access control systems (Salto, Kantech preferred)
  • Troubleshooting system issues—both in person and remotely
  • Reading and working from blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Teaming up with project managers and mentoring junior techs when needed
  • Following safety standards and keeping job sites clean and efficient

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CCTV and access control
  • Comfortable running jobs on your own
  • Certified in Salto or Kantech (or willing to get certified)
  • Able to program/configure systems 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Valid Security License 
  • TQ or TQ under supervision 
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Okay with occasional travel for jobs
