Located in Vancouver’s bustling downtown core, our client, a leading regional law firm, is on the lookout for an eDiscovery Project Manager to join its exceptional team. The eDiscovery Project Manager will report to the Director of Solved eDiscovery Services, and must be able to work well both independently and as a part of a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Electronic evidence project intake, assessment and monitoring
  • Prepare project budgets
  • Assist with the collection of electronic evidence including social media evidence
  • Copy, download and upload electronic evidence
  • Process electronic documents
  • Run analytics and conduct quality control
  • Initiate, run and manage Active Learning projects in Relativity, conduct training on Relativity
  • Import and export evidence and create load files as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, archive databases and data
  • Provide other/general support as needed

What You Bring  

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role including legal training to understand Canadian evidentiary principles and civil litigation workflow – preference will be given to paralegals and those with a law degree
  • Proficiency in text editing abilities
  • Knowledge of database design, load, cull and production
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software (including MS Office), and network technologies
  • In-depth experience with and/or certifications in Relativity (including the processing of electronic; evidence) or other eDiscovery planforms (Law PreDiscovery, Nuix, Ringtail, Ipro, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Adobe and/or Nuance
  • Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) certification
  • Relativity certifications preferred: Review Management Specialist, Relativity Processing; Specialist, Relativity Certified Administrator
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail and accuracy
