What & Why:

Our client is investing majorly into technology and looking to add a contract project coordinator to their growing team. You will serve as a key contributor to project operations, facilitating communication among various functional teams to align goals, track dependencies, and monitor project status and risks for reporting to the team. Your responsibilities on this team will involve tracking product licensing for teams using our platforms, team budget tracking, support the team onboarding processes, time sheet approvals, coordinate meetings and events, co-develop service roadmaps and track and report key metrics, OKR's.  This is a great chance to work with a very technical team that is growing rapidly.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in office.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technology organization
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage project documentation and schedules
  • Experience in a retail technology environment would be an asset
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline, or equivalent work experience
