Salary$38.00 - $45.00 per hour*
*Depending on qualifications and experience.
Primary Role
- Primary role is to work with technicians, project managers, designers, graphics techs, engineers and clients to design and create a strategic Programming Package that meets design intent or exceeds design intent to meet Kimco standards.
- Review mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications to get a thorough understanding of the design and systems involved.
- Create and implement programming files.
- Responsible to organize and template programming files and maintain and accurate list of each site.
- System commissioning, and monitoring.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail.
- Passion for programming and eagerness to collaborate with others.
- Continued support to project Completion.
Required Qualifications
- Delta Controls programming experience is a key asset.
- 1+ years of programming experience.
- GCL+ experience is an asset.
- BMS, HVAC & Electrical Systems knowledge is an asset.
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
