Salary
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour*
*Depending on qualifications and experience.
Primary Role:- Primary role is to work with project managers, designers, programmers, engineers and clients to design and create a Controls Graphics Package that meets design intent or exceeds design intent to meet Kimco standards.
- Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to accurately reflect the exterior and interior of a building, including associated BMS systems.
- Design and implement accurate HTML 5 Graphics. Physically check each click.
- Responsible to organize and template graphic files and maintain and accurate list of each site.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail.
- Passion for graphic design and eagerness to collaborate with others.
- Continued support to project Completion.
- 1 + years of graphics design experience.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design.
- Experience using design software.
- HTML 5 experience, is an asset.
- BMS, HVAC & Electrical Systems knowledge, is an asset.
