The Role:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for understanding and matching companies’ recruitment requirements and applicants’ job aspirations, and be able to manage the expectations of both. You will need to be able to reach out to old and new clients/ prospects to make matches. You’ll use market leading technology to find and manage those candidates and will have access to the most comprehensive training, development and support network in the industry.
You will effectively run your desk as your own business, so will need to be able to manage both the highs and lows that this will bring. You will need to be pro-active, able to face a challenge head on and enjoy the competitiveness of a thriving sales environment. Being able to manage rapidly changing requirements is a must, as is being able to adapt your communication to suit both clients and candidates.
The Person:
Previous recruitment consultant experience is not essential, however we require individuals with the necessary drive, determination and the self-motivation to achieve success within a sales-orientated environment. The successful candidate will be ambitious, imaginative and have the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates. The right person will have outstanding opportunities for progression.
