In this position, you will be primarily responsible for developing and enhancing product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into scalable, user-centric technical solutions.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements
- Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern CSS (responsive, component-based design)
- Experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Strong understanding of API integration, including REST and Microsoft Graph
- Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of modern development workflows within product teams (e.g. sprints, agile practices)
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, .NET, Power Automate, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including lists, libraries, permissions, and search
- Exposure to Microsoft AI tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry) is an asset
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using analytics or telemetry to inform development decisions
As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a strategic mindset that allows you to think beyond individual tasks and contribute to the bigger picture. You are adaptable, proactive, and take initiative, while also being humble and team-oriented, able to put shared goals ahead of personal recognition in a non-hierarchical environment.
This is a high-impact product role suited for a developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment and is eager to grow into a more senior, strategic contributor while helping shape the future of a modern workplace product.
It’s okay if you don’t have perfect experience in all of the role description or technology listed above. If you can learn quickly and work well with others to solve challenges just in time, we’d love to hear from you!
