Job Description

Titan Edge Global is seeking a dependable Data Entry Clerk to help keep digital records accurate, complete, and organized. In this work-from-home role, you will enter information, review documents, and update company systems.

Working hours can be arranged around an agreed schedule, provided deadlines and any scheduled team check-ins are met.

Responsibilities

Enter information from approved source documents into databases and spreadsheets.
Review completed entries for accuracy and completeness.
Update existing records when new information becomes available.
Identify duplicate entries, missing details, and inconsistencies.
Organize electronic documents using established filing procedures.
Communicate questions and discrepancies to your supervisor.
Follow company procedures for handling confidential information.
Provide progress updates and complete assignments within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Accurate typing and strong attention to detail.
Good written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and manage tasks independently.
Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace.
Previous data-entry or administrative experience is an asset.

Work Arrangement
