Work Location: Home-based — Canada
Position: Full-time
Hourly Pay: $30–$35
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible. Eastern Time
The Data Entry Clerk will support routine recordkeeping by entering, reviewing, and updating information in company databases. This is a fully remote position with online onboarding and no regular office attendance.
Main Duties-
Transfer information from source documents into designated systems.

Verify entered information against original records.

Correct errors and flag incomplete or inconsistent information.

Follow established file-naming and document-storage procedures.

Prepare basic spreadsheet summaries when requested.

Maintain confidentiality when handling business information.

Provide progress updates and complete work within assigned deadlines.
Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and digital documents.

Strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Ability to follow written instructions.

Reliable internet and an appropriate work-from-home setup.

Availability during the stated working hours.
Paid remote training and required computer equipment will be provided.
