CNC and Manual Machinist

CNC and Manual Machinist: Harvey 2597

We are currently looking for a CNC Machinis, and also having Manual experience, would be an asset. 

We are a manufacturing and production CNC  and manual machine shop, that is located in Burnaby BC.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be able to setup and operate CNC’s, and have current experience with G-code.
• We are looking for machinists with 3 to 10 years plus of working experience.
• A Red Seal ticket is not required, but would be a plus.....
• Programming experience would be an asset.
• Must be able, to read production drawings. 
• The individual has to be reliable and will also perform related tasks to a machine shop 

We have the following CNC equipment: 

• Okuma Howa (5-axis vertical/horizontal mill)
• Mori Seiki (9-axis multi-tasking CNC lathe)
• Shizuoka (vertical CNC mill)
• Dainichi (CNC lathe)
• Milltronics (vertical CNC mill).

This is a fulltime position

Salary of $30.00 - $50.00  per hour, depending on current working experience. 

Must be willing, to work staggered daytime shifts, of 7:00 to 3:30 or 9:30 to 6:00 PM.
