Job Responsibilities:

• Custom Homes: Work on luxury, high-end custom homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
• Multi-Family & Commercial Projects: Contribute to a variety of multi-family and commercial developments.
• Varied Tasks: From foundation to finishing, you'll be involved in diverse carpentry tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum of 3 years preferred)
• Interest in learning the trade as an apprentice or labourer
• Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and transportation (assistance available)
• Safe work practices and adherence to company safety standards
