Business Analyst

6-month contract Business Analyst role focused on the HRIS workstream of a global enterprise organization.

What & Why:
As a result of growth and investment in technology our client is looking to add a contract Business Analyst to work within their digital pay team. This newly developed team is working towards the shared goals of optimizing their HCM solutions particularly as it relates to time, wage and pay, realizing time and cost savings, generating powerful data analytics, meeting or exceeding compliance regulations, introducing standardization across operations and processes, and increasing our data security. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create business, functional and solution requirements for features and functionality to support their internal business needs and candidate experiences.  You will be working alongside a growing team with a great leader who really values autonomy and personal growth.

This role can be fully remote, but you must commit to PST working hours.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

•  5+ years of business analyst experience
• Experience supporting HRIS projects specifically supporting time and attendance projects
• Strong experience providing business requirements for medium to large initiatives
• Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Confluence and Jira sills
