Our Support Team Technician must represent themselves as a spokesperson for Smart Dolphins IT Solutions Inc. Many times, you are the first impression a client receives of our company. Your empathetic attitude, professional manner and ability to build genuine connections with our new and long-standing clients, is paramount to our success.

Of course, we have processes, check-lists, and policies however, YOU are responsible for combining this information, with your technical knowledge, to arrive at the best solution for each client. Most importantly, YOU set and expertly mange the right expectations for our clients (and your teammates).

*Experience is great, but we are looking for the right person to join our awesome award-winning team! Smart Dolphins will provide training to close any knowledge gaps, including support of technical certification pursuits.


President, Dave Monahan founded Smart Dolphins on May 1st, 2000. He grew up in a family that valued ambition and Dave, wanted to be an entrepreneur just like his father. In the early years, Smart Dolphins offered a very broad range of IT products and services.

Fast-forward to 2019 and Smart Dolphins’ service offering has now completely evolved into that of a Managed Service Provider.

Over the last 19 years, we’ve been helping small and mid-size organizations drive efficiency and productivity by ensuring that their systems are fast, secure and reliable. During this time, we’ve fine-tuned a very special process of auditing and aligning our clients with world-class standards and best practices.
