The Workplace Learning Services Associate supports administrative needs of our Workplace Learning Services team. They support the continuous improvement of learning through activities including process documentation, event coordination and website administration.
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:- Supports the ongoing improvement of learning goverance, policies, standards and procedures by developing and documenting departmental procedures
- Adjusts learning-related tools and templates in alignment with the needs of learning practitioners across STEMCELL via various channels
- Communicates the exchange of technical, and sometimes complicated, information between the Workplace Learning Services team and learning practitioners across STEMCELL
- Provides administrative support to learning-related projects and initiatives
Knowledge and Qualifications:- Typically required a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experiences
- Comfortable learning to use new technologies in creative ways
- Effective and customer service oriented
