More About YouTo qualify, you will need a certificate or diploma from a post-secondary Water & Wastewater program with an Environmental Operators Certification Program Class 1-3 Certificate in Wastewater Treatment. Individuals with equivalent Training in a related industry, such as Industrial Wastewater Treatment or Pulp & Paper Operations, with transferable skills and wastewater experience are encouraged to apply.
