  • Partner with dependent teams and encourage partnerships within your organization to break silos and deliver quality across the entire Absolute platform
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement plans in quality, automation, career growth, and process
    • Support your teams to contribute to these initiatives
  • Define and drive performance testing focused on performance, reliability, and sustainability
  • Build strong relationships across departments to understand the needs for the QE department and tools
  • Measure and report on QE metrics on a regular basis
  • Identify a strategy for maintaining consistent QE environments to provide as much time for testing as possible

  • 10+ years in management
  • Proven track record in leading QE/QA teams and delivering products at scale
  • Working, partnering, and getting results

  • Proven track record of delivering releases on time with high quality across multiple factors - cloud, mobile, laptops etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with QE tools for test automation and performance testing
  • Strong management and leadership experience
