Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Senior Payroll Data Entry Clerk to support accurate and compliant payroll processing. This remote role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, and the ability to support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify high-volume payroll data

Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies

Maintain employee payroll records and ensure legislative compliance

Support year-end payroll activities (e.g., T4 preparation)

Provide guidance to entry-level payroll staff
Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll or payroll data entry experience

Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational and communication skills
