Reporting to the EVP & President of TBS, this newly-created Sales leadership role will have the main mandate of leading our sales teams to drive top-line revenue growth in our key markets. This role holds direct responsibility for driving sales goals and building strategic business relationships with customers and partners. Specifically, the Technical Sales VP will lead a high-performing national team of speciality sales and customer solution architects supporting the private and public sector across Canada

Key Skills and Experience:
    •Minimum 10 years experience with proven track record in leading sales organizations for technology companies •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train and develop a high performing account •management team to grow the various segments of the B2B market •Build senior, high-level relationships to support existing subinsess and recognize potential growth opportunities •Energetic, innovative, highly motivated to succeed, results-oriented •Decisiveness and inspirational leadership •Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
