We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Security Guards to provide security coverage at a military camp environment. This position requires strong professionalism, situational awareness, and the ability to work within a structured and disciplined setting.

This is a temporary assignment (July 4 - August 23) with the possibility of continued casual employment with Paladin Security based on operational needs, attendance, performance, and business requirements.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and secure assigned areas and access points
• Conduct foot patrols and mobile patrols as required
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorized access
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
• Provide professional customer service and communication with site personnel and visitors
• Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and security protocols
Qualifications
• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License considered an asset
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to conduct patrols and remain active for extended periods
• First Aid certification considered an asset
Additional Requirements
• Must be able to pass any required background screening and site clearance requirements
• Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Availability for flexible scheduling is preferred

This is a Temporary / Seasonal position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.
