We are a dynamic company that is looking for a self-motivated Tier 2 IT Technicians for our Helpdesk Team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries by phone, email, or PSA. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

This is a remote position but may require onsite visits occasionally.


  • Applicants should have a good grasp of IT troubleshooting procedures and should expect to undergo a technical interview as well as a standard employment interview.
  • Applicants must have A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of IT experience.
  • Applicants must reside within British Columbia preferably Vancouver Island.
  • Current criminal record check will be provided.
  • A friendly, personable, 'can do' attitude is necessary.
