Overview
Are you a human resources professional with expertise in talent technology and systems? Our Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team has a rare opportunity for aTalent Systems Specialistto join the team.
In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the talent systems that power recruitment, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. As the functional expert and primary point of contact for talent systems within Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, you will help ensure innovation systems and tools are effectively configured, maintained, and used to support business needs. You will partner closely with internal subject matter experts to maintain data quality, improve reporting accuracy, and support enterprise talent programs. Acting as a super user and first line of support, you will provide guidance to system users, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as appropriate, maintain system-related processes and resources, and help drive user adoption through training, user guides, and change communications including presentations.
This role combines technical knowledge with functional expertise, translating business requirements into practical system solutions. Through continuous improvement, stakeholder partnership, and industry awareness, you will help strengthen how talent technology supports talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Salary: $95,241 - $115,717/annually

What you'll do
- Partner with teams across People & Culture to optimize talent systems, improve business processes, and enhance the user experience across recruitment, talent management, and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Serve as the functional lead and super user for talent systems, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting support, and recommendations to promote effective and consistent system use.
- Collaborate with the P&C teams to ensure talent system data, reporting, and dashboards are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve talent system processes, workflows, and data quality to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain procedures, user guides, training materials, and communications that support talent system adoption.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to system users, leveraging change management and organizational development practices to maximize engagement and adoption.
- Partner with the People Technology team to support system updates, testing, issue resolution, and enhancements, escalating technical issues as required.
- Contribute to the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of talent technology solutions and vendors.
- Analyze talent-related metrics and trends to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Research emerging talent technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations that strengthen talent programs and support organizational objectives.

Your background and experience
- Abachelor'sdegreein human resources or a related discipline
- Aminimum of three years of experience implementing and supporting talent systems, includinganalysis, solutions delivery, project work and maintenance of HR systems (on premise and cloud-based)
- Working knowledge of:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Oracle Cloud Talent Solutions
- Talent management and organizational development
- CPHR designation (or working towards completion) is an asset
- Change Management Certification (i.e., Prosci) is considered an asset
