You approach HR from a business perspective and have proven experience in making a difference to an organization's performance and employee experience. What you’ll do:
  • Proactively source candidates that are aligned with the culture and skill requirements
  • Establish and maintain well developed networks within various industries
  • Research and connect with qualified external candidates who have not applied
  • Support the employment brand and design specific recruitment campaigns for particular hires
  • Develop the sourcing strategy with input from the hiring managers and the business
  • Manage the recruitment process for each role, working with the hiring manager and ensuring good hiring decisions are made
  • Capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
  • As the business grows, contribute to the evolution of the People team and strategy

What you’ll achieve:
  • Assess and hire high quality candidates, meeting or exceeding hiring plan targets
  • Build and maintain a constant flow of qualified applicants into open requisitions
  • Maintain a continual candidate pipeline for critical roles

What you’ll need:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a recruiter in a high growth organization
  • Creative and able to think outside the box when looking for solutions and/or candidates
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies in a fast paced environment
  • Tenacity and the ability to overcome challenges related to finding candidates
  • Ability to challenge the organization while maintaining relationships
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
