You will focus on successfully recruiting for our corporate positions across all business streams and functional groups including Finance, Technology, Brand, Ethics, People & Culture, Digital Operations and Product. You will also play an integral role in both the candidate and employee life cycle, flexing your HR generalist and training & development areas of expertise, to ensure we have a seamless employee experience. Provide care, support and advice for everyone Create conditions conductive to great work Demonstrate inclusive, resilient leadership Support empowered staff to own their journey Core RESPONSIBILITIES include: Guide candidates and hiring teams through the entire recruitment, selection and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience and adherence to proper practices and procedures Own the role discovery/intake meeting experience with hiring managers across each functional group Identify top talent through traditional techniques and unconventional means Build meaningful, lasting relationships with each business stream that you support Partner with each hiring team to deliver best-in-class talent. Participate in talent planning meetings to understand team and role priorities, compensation to ensure successful hiring practices Coordinate position postings on appropriate channels, build target lists, develop LinkedIn Recruiter candidate pools, Boolean string searches connect with partners and organizations to pipeline talent Built impactful and accurate role scorecards and interview plans to ensure an equitable hiring experience Research and built targeted candidate personas and profiles to have an effective talent pipeline for recurring roles Support our DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) team with building and upholding a truly DEIB-focused recruitment strategy Screen for open positions and determine relevance of experience to position criteria Conduct phone screen interviews to further determine appropriate culture add of candidates, along with technical ability. Complete reference checks, create offers and support the onboarding process Optimize use of recruitment systems (ATS) by hiring managers Generate regular and ad hoc recruiting reports to the business and maintain strong KPIs on role status Support the Training & Development team to successfully manage internal succession planning, talent mapping and movement strategy initiatives Participate in wider People & Culture initiatives related to the employee life cycle The following QUALIFICATIONS are required:Required: 3-5 years relevant experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting (both technical and non-technical experience) Demonstrated success in traditional sourcing techniques utilized for sourcing top talent Proven success leading recruitment roadmap from discovery to onboarding, including but not limited to; project planning, ATS mgmt., LinkedIn Recruiter advanced user Experience leading the interview process for a variety of corporate roles, specifically in Finance, Digital Operations, IT/Technology and Brand/Marketing Proven experience building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a corporate environment Versed in using a variety of sourcing strategies: Boolean string searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, networking, job fairs, passive sourcing Outstanding networking skills with ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with external and internal groups Outstanding ability to be curious about opportunities and have an in-depth understanding of team structures and role impact Proven HR experience outside of recruiting - compensation, Employee life cycle, HR generalist, training & development Expert experience with ATS management, MS Office Suite Ability to facilitate and manage confidential and challenging conversations with professionalism Ability to uphold and promote Lush's core values and act as a brand ambassador Trustworthy in dealing with sensitive information in a professional and HR-mindset Outstanding service-oriented communication skills on every level Preferred: Project Management/HR/Recruitment qualification Strong understanding of people development/training models Experience working with internal groups on areas such as succession planning and people movement strategies HR Experience in a corporate environment Strong preference for role to be located in Vancouver, BC with proximity to key stakeholders Thriving with a diverse company culture, celebrating the uniqueness of our staff and committed to inclusion.
