Reporting to the Director for BC Public Sector Enterprise, the Strategy Manager is part of a team dedicated to a specific high profile and complex strategic services agreement. The team provides support to the client's strategic agreement office for contract management, and product and service development. The nature of this agreement requires the Strategy Manager to manage leading edge and complex custom solutions and contract administration. The Strategy Manager demonstrates a strong understanding of ICT services, communications, leadership, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

You'll focus on supporting the Senior Strategy Manager to manage the strategic master service agreement in alignment with client expectations, contractual terms and TELUS service capabilities. This involves partnering with the client and sales account teams in the strategic planning process, including developing the Annual Operating Plan and contributing to the growth and retention of market share under the strategic agreement. Here's how
•Act as subject matter expert on the complex strategic contract, provide guidance to sales and service teams, assimilate information and provide recommendations on contractual interpretation issues
•Establish and enhance partnerships with internal TELUS service partners to ensure overall client satisfaction
•Be accountable to build effective TELUS teams to partner in managing and meeting contractual and client requirements, working closely with the TELUS Contracts Manager
•Provide regular feedback to TELUS' Product Development, and influence where appropriate, the prioritization of the elements of the solutions and roadmaps to ensure that the needs of the client are appropriately represented with an intent to drive business growth within the contract
•Negotiate and authorize contract changes develop proposals (often through identifying risks, opportunities and recommendations)
•Support contract governance including being responsible for tracking and management of action items
•Conduct regular face to face contract management review and governance meetings with the client
•Serve as point of contact with the client for the contract, particularly with new service onboarding and changes
•Support the development and presentation of internal contract and account reviews Why YOU will love this opportunity:

You are likely in a similar role, today, providing administrative and coordination support to a sales or professional services team in a similar solution & technology environment. You have experience or knowledge across many of the following elements:
•You are regarded as a strong communicator, from contract language to executive correspondence
•You have insight on service relationship management or contract management within the ICT industry (ideally including Public Sector clients/users)
•You possess a breadth of customer service skills, including presentations, consultation and needs analysis; likely from supporting sales & business administration teams
•Project management and/or public sector procurement experience
•You have a passion for technology and analytics, thriving in opportunity identification and issue resolution
•Over 10 years' experience in the ICT Industry, ideally with 5 or more focused on Public Sector organizations Great-to-haves
•Knowledge of basic data networking and cellular technologies, complex voice solutions (including unified communications), cloud based solutions, and professional and network security consulting services
•Successful track record in consultative sales
•Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business/Public Sector Management, Telecommunications Management or equivalent business Please note:
