You bring intense focus, energy, achiever strengths and a proven track record of effectively influencing and collaborating with project primes, stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver excellence in program planning and execution. In this role you will have an opportunity to work on a highly strategic program interacting with stakeholders from every level and area of Supply Operations and teams beyond.

Here's how

Working closely with the stakeholders in Supply Chain to lead and drive strategic programs focused on cost reductions, process efficiencies, research on automation/technology opportunities for future focus.

A structured approach to defining, assessing and executing will be critical to the success of this role. Your main focus areas are:
    •Translate strategic priorities into initiatives and executable programs
    •Lead and contribute to the Supply Operations strategic planning process through ongoing collection, tracking, analysis and presentation of information related to business priorities, best practice and industry trends
    •Evolve, develop, and track execution of strategic initiatives and the impact/benefit they have on process improvement and cost reductions
    •Support the Supply Operations OPEX management process including leading cost efficiency initiatives
    •Align program plans (quality, risk, communication, budgets, etc.) and outcomes to drive execution
    •Mentor and support the professional development of other program team members
    •Develop scorecards to track Key Performance Indicators, track the progress and execute the projects to bring KPI on-track
    •Work across other business unit to ensure progress against both strategic and tactical initiatives


Qualifications:

    •Project and program management skills to drive business transformation
    •Business and financial acumen combined with an analytical, innovative and process improvement mindset
    •Exceptional communication, influencing, facilitation and presentation skills to convey a compelling story
    •Agility, adaptability and resilience when faced with change, ambiguity and difficult/complex situations
    •Collaborative approach to engaging and building strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
    •Ability to prioritize and manage numerous deliverables in a fast-paced environment
    •5 or more years of related experience leading medium to large scale programs with multiple concurrent projects and process improvement/automation initiatives
    •Substantive experience in strategy management, performance analysis, performance coaching, transformation, consulting or PMO
    •Bachelor degree

    •Project Management (PMP)
    •Working knowledge of Agile project management
