The TELUS Consumer Health team focuses on empowering Canadians to take control of their health and wellness, and that of their loved ones, with the right information, tools and support they need to live healthier and happier lives.

To support the tremendous growth we're seeing across our products we have recently created a new Centralized Marketing team, and are looking for someone who not only has great analytical strength but also understands the business and can tell the story behind the numbers.

For the members of the Consumer Health team it feels great knowing that our rapidly growing products like Babylon by TELUS Health and LivingWell Companion are making a difference for individuals and families that want to be more informed and more in control of their health. As we expand the products plus the channels in which we promote them, we need to develop a more robust understanding of channel performance and the most effective way to grow the business.

You will have an impact on our business and customers by dissecting our marketing and results data to drive efficiencies and growth, building forecasts that will create the foundation for future planning and marketing initiatives, all while staying up to date and keeping our team informed on the competitive landscape in Canada.

Here's how
    •Become the subject matter expert on the digital health and personal emergency response systems competitive landscape in Canada, and share your knowledge with the team to help inform business decisions
    •Drive optimal results and efficiencies by analyzing monthly product KPIs and being able to articulate how they correlate with business, marketing initiatives and the marketplace
    •Build product forecasts, taking into account not only data trends but also applying strategy and business acumen to tell the in-depth story
    •Own and prioritize central budgets and priority lists to optimize marketing spend


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •You are known for your strong forecasting and analytic skills, as well as your business acumen and ability to understand the full story behind the numbers
    •You are recognized for your natural curiosity, and an ability to seek to understand and stay on top of the fast-paced healthcare industry in Canada, including making recommendations on how we can leverage the information to grow our business
    •You have a proven ability to build relationships, influence others and foster ownership within cross-functional teams
    •You are confident tackling ambiguous situations, bringing structure and process to help shape solutions

    •Experience working in the technology or health sectors
    •Marketing experience
    •Post-secondary Business Degree
