Work with the VP, Commercial Sales and other leaders within the Commercial Sales, Customer Success and Value organizations to identify, document, prioritize and communicate strategic interests for the team, with a focus to maximize revenue generation and efficiency of Commercial sales teams (Inbound, Outbound, and Commercial Account Managers).
Develop and lead the execution of project plans that include business analysis, design, build and adoption phases for each project.
For each project phase, specific responsibilities in each phase may include:
Business Analysis: define problem statement; document business requirements and current state processes; validate/refine problem statement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, etc.; recommend/vet appropriate course of action; consult with others on urgency/prioritization.
Design: develop and document future state processes; liaise with Business Technology team to determine appropriate technical solution; identify interdependencies and impacts (people, process and technology); test design and assumptions through stakeholder consultation.
Build: provide feedback and guidance to Business Technology team on technical build; identify and coordinate business stakeholders for execution of UAT; lead development of training and communications materials; work with BIA team, Sales Ops (Order Management) and Commercial leadership to determine how to monitor and report on desired outcomes (e.g., Tableau dashboards, SFDC reports, ownership and maintenance of reports, etc.).
Adoption: assess change impacts; plan and oversee communications to stakeholders (e.g., readiness communications pre-go-live, business case, timing and logistics, etc.); plan and oversee training (e.g., manager training and train-the-trainer, process documentation, user guides, classroom training and logistics); coordinate with Sales Enablement to ensure materials appropriately reflected in Highspot, onboarding, etc.; celebrate success and give recognition to contributors; ensure maintenance processes and responsibilities are operational.
Identify and understand potential interdependencies between initiatives (particularly those impacting Commercial) so that projects are appropriately sequenced to minimize risks associated with re-work, user adoption, interruption of operations, etc.
Lead collaborative, cross-functional projects and project teams, report on status to leadership, stage timely interventions to keep initiatives on track, and escalate as required.
Assign duties to project team and hold accountable to ensure deadlines and budgets are met and quality of deliverables meet/exceed expectations.

Education & Experience...
5+ years of experience of business analysis and/or process design.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SFDC.
Familiarity with other sales technologies (e.g., Marketo, Gainsight, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Bachelor degree in Business or other relevant field.
