Software Support Analyst - Bilingual (EN & FR)

Exan is passionate about providing superior customer service to our dental private practice clinics with the goal of ensuring that our customers are enabled to run their businesses effectively. The Software Support Analyst reports to the Support Supervisor, and is responsible for providing a great customer support experience with every client interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly phone and email support for the Power Practice product to clients across Canada, in both English and French
  • Answering how-to questions as well as resolving technical issues, errors etc. within Power Practice
  • Assisting clients in optimizing the use of our software via work flow assistance
  • Qualifying product enhancement requests and submitting to Product Development team
  • Replicating software issues reported by clients and working with Quality Assurance & Development to deliver solutions
  • Assisting in the deployment of new software releases and patches to installed sites
  • Assisting with developing appropriate documentation describing technical and non-technical aspects of the software

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating system
  • Previous software support or help desk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Basic SQL Query Writing skills an asset
  • Experience in the dental or medical industry is an asset
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is an asset
  • Availability for shift work (6 AM earliest and 5 PM latest)
