Ecological Park Agriculture Inc. has its own farm located at 3345 224 St in Langley, which covers an area of 81 acres. Ecology, environmental protection, and sustainable development are at the core of our business philosophy. Our farm is committed to a healthy lifestyle from farm to table.

Luniu Mall is a fresh food distribution platform. Relying on the online e-commerce platform, we provide users with fresh fruits and vegetables and high-quality foods that we source from around the world. We put particular emphasis on purchasing from the source and expedite and professional cold storage shipping and delivery.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Ÿ   Design and develop software based on specific needs such as handling high volume transactions and seamless integration between desktop and mobile platforms.

Ÿ   Log errors identified on desktop and mobile platforms and perform ad-hoc debugging.

Ÿ   Collaborate with other members of the IT department to ensure network security as well as data management security of the company.

Ÿ   Prepare technical documents related to software programming and development.

Ÿ   Develop and execute stress test prior to rolling out revisions.

Ÿ   Prepare maintenance manuals necessary for the validation of technical solutions within the established norms and standards.

Ÿ   Conduct alpha and beta testing of early-stage software system, including system debugging and code optimization.

Ÿ   Design user interfaces and ensure these systems are continually improved to promote positive user experience.

Skills / Qualifications

Ÿ   Language: English

Ÿ   BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Ÿ   5+ years of professional software development experience

Ÿ   Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools

Ÿ   Advanced knowledge of SQL, Java and Python, etc

Ÿ   Cross-team collaboration skills

Ÿ   A service-oriented mindset

Ÿ   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail

Ÿ   Good oral and written communication skills
